My friends, it’s as if we’re playing a new game. The game has been updated to include more weather and nature style. GTA Vice City PSP ISO definitive edition will be redesigned, remastered, or remade. When the game first launched, there was little variety in the weather. Until recently, there was no Sunlight mechanic in the game and the blue haze was all that was visible. Even the lightning that has travelled from the atmosphere seems to have a more luminous appearance now. That is to say, the lightning over the automobiles is much more appealing. No, I tried some of the GTA III Xbox grass/road textures, but they clash badly with the other low res textures and low poly models IMO. I've tried to keep to the original as much as possible. This is a partial retexturing of LCS and VCS, mostly aimed at replacing the UI/HUD.
